Dr. Richard Sharp, Analyst (Contract)

Dr. Richard Sharp is a software engineer who led the development of the InVEST Ecosystem Assessment tools at the Natural Capital Project at Stanford for a decade and has previously been an Associate Professor of Computer Science at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.

He is now a co-founder of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports scientists in solving ecological and data problems with computer science and mathematics. It is through that role that Dr. Sharp is supporting the development of the software capacity of the Global Water Security Center.
